Position Summary:
As a key member of the Omni Channel Product Management team, you are responsible for continuous improvement of our Supply Chain processes by focusing on removing friction points for our internal and external customers. This Product Manager role will be focused on driving "continuous improvement for our order management and order servicing product lines. You'll be working on projects of diverse scope and complexity, related to "improving every aspect of the customer experience at the nexus point where e-commerce, store and contact center channels meets supply chain". The right candidate will have a strong technical and analytical foundation, many years of relevant experience with "order management, order servicing, e-commerce and care center operations" and the ability to lead a large group with stellar communication. Understanding of Manhattan’s Order management methodologies would be valuable. The Omni Channel Product Management team focuses on the brands, supply chain, and technology partners' brainpower to provide a relevant and personalized experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership and help define the product roadmap "through deep business partnership and assessing opportunities using a hypothesis-driven approach focused on measurable, high impact outcomes."
- Partner with business and engineering teams to drive the product lifecycle including ideation, definition, prioritization, and program management to meet key objectives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Research market and industry trends and perform competitor product analysis.
- Clearly identify and measure KPIs "that not only help decide what to do, but that are needle-moving metrics for the business that can be measured before, during, and after they are live in production." Develop measurement strategies to drive ongoing optimization.
- Lead the definition, prioritization, and scoping of initiatives related to "the order management and servicing strategy focused on improving the internal and external customer experience."
- Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure "that their voice is heard loudly every day."
- Collaborate with Technology partners to drive execution and iterative delivery of initiatives.
- Support cross-functional teams by being the subject matter expert, able to answer questions, and make clear recommendations.
- Socialize a clear view of priorities and progress against a product roadmap with business partners and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
- 4+ years of configuration, testing & support experience with order management systems like Manhattan DOM 2015 or higher in a retail and ECOM environment
- Hands-on experience with
- SQL, including the ability to build queries and write stored procedures
- UNIX, shell scripts, UC4
- JSON, XML, using Rest APIs thru Postman or similar tools
- 1+ Year of experience working in cloud environment (AWS, Google, Azure)

- Ability to facilitating group sessions, reaching consensus, and developing solid relationships across internal and external organizations

- Creative thinker with the ability to rapidly understand business objectives and present solutions
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week
