About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale and drive industry-standard Recruiting best practices. You will work closely with business leaders and other recruiters to drive our hiring efforts. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal business stakeholders, identify and engage with top talent, and drive the recruiting process while delivering an unparalleled candidate experience.
What you'll do
• Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
• Manage complex searches and use data to advise the business on tech industry trends
• Manage partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
• Strategize with HR
• Support multiple technical functions at all levels across the enterprise
• Build effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and engage talent for open positions
Who you are
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 5 years of technology search/ corporate recruiting experience
• Excellent recruiting fundamentals - identifying talent, managing/influencing candidate and hiring manager expectations and closing offers
• Outstanding relationship management skills and an ability to influence all levels of experience and leadership
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
• Understanding of retail technology, a plus
