About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Recruiter to provide full life-cycle recruiting services supporting our distribution centers. The recruiter in this position will wear many hats as they coordinate the needs of hiring managers while remaining agile and competitive during both high and low volume recruiting seasons.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation and acceptance
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms including Indeed, Linkedin, Career Fairs, State job boards, etc.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline, including communication with seasonal hires in off season
- Communicate progress on filling positions with leadership including hiring managers and HRBPs
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to hire
- Manage complex searches and use data to advise the Supply Chain leadership on industry trends which would affect labor forecasting
- Manage partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Strategize with Human Resources
- Support multiple supply chain functions at all levels across the enterprise
- Build effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and engage talent for open positions
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of overall recruiting experience preferred
- 2+ years of full supply chain recruiting required
- Excellent recruiting fundamentals - identifying talent, managing/influencing candidate and hiring manager expectations and closing offers
- Outstanding relationship management skills and an ability to influence all levels of experience and leadership
- Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and employment laws
- Understanding of retail supply chain, a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle Taleo and Peoplesoft a plus
- Knowledge of job search platforms such as Linkedin, Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc.
- Proven track record of hiring in high volume requisitions
- Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new recruiting tools/methods quickly
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location
