Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications
•3-5+ years of SEO experience at an Enterprise level
•Advanced knowledge in SEO strategies, tactics and execution
•Up to date on latest search engine algorithm updates
•Working knowledge of SEO platforms such as Brightedge
•Expertise in HTML, CSS, and other website technology related to SEO
•SEM experience at a large E-Commerce retailer
•Effective written and verbal communication techniques
•Require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
•Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
•Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
•Working knowledge of the latest SEO tools
•Strong project management skills in retail, marketing, or e-commerce preferred
•Sense of ownership and passion for all areas related to SEO
•High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
•High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•Google Analytics Individual Qualification is a plus
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
