Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
•3-5 years direct mail/email marketing experience
•Experience in developing direct mail campaigns for the following purposes: acquisition, upgrade/cross-sell/upsell and direct response marketing.
•Ability to analyze, interpret data, and continually evolve creative strategy based on key learnings.
•Strong knowledge of direct mail & email marketing best practices, metrics and associated KPIs
•Prior experience setting channel goals, developing initiatives, and managing through execution
•Operational experience with direct mail catalog
•Ability to investigate and solve problems independently and clearly communicate results
•Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects/campaigns in a fast-paced, nimble yet deadline-driven environment
•Strong analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities
•Strong teamwork and communication skills
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
•Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company’s Fremont, CA corporate office with flexibility based on project needs
•Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount frequently to move objects. #TBindeed #LI-AS1
