Email Marketing Coordinator
Seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to support the email marketing team in ensuring timely execution of all related projects. Assists team on various projects and brands to help improve overall channel operations and optimization. This position reports directly to the Senior Email Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for heavy project management including the following:
- creation/management of creative work orders, calendars and timelines, status and coding docs and reports
- coordination/management of internal business reviews
- management of creative/deployment feedback through internal stakeholders,
- working closely with production & data teams to convey mailing instructions, deliverables, segmentation, data, creative/deployment feedback, etc.
- Maintain and archive all emails and other key documents
- QA daily campaigns and other projects to ensure accurate, timely and consistent delivery
- Assist in reporting and meeting prep for weekly and ad hoc meetings
- Manages project plans, schedules, and key milestones, and facilitating an efficient workflow process to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage multiple projects of varying scopes simultaneously while working with multiple brands and cross functional partners and vendors
- Responsible for logging issues and working with manager to resolve
- Performs other duties as needed/assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- 1+ years of experience in digital/email marketing or retail, apparel industry preferred
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering high quality work under tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very detail oriented
- Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Must demonstrate sound decision-making and ability to react quickly under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
