Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results oriented Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team and help drive our Marketing initiatives both online and in-store. SEM specialist will play an integral role managing all paid search campaigns including Google and Microsoft shopping to implement and optimize our digital marketing strategy. This position will play huge role in driving omni business growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Develop and execute paid search campaigns to drive omni traffic, omni revenue and optimize to omni ROAS target goals
- Responsible for day-to-day execution and optimizations of paid search campaigns including bidding, targeting, ad copy writing, positive/negative keyword expansion, A/B testing and more
- Manage and track campaign budgets based on performance and efficiency
- Support go-to-market strategies and work with cross-functional marketing teams to drive traffic, conversions and build an excellent customer journey experience
- Executing A/B tests, collecting, and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights to achieve revenue goals in paid search campaigns
- Track, analyze and report performance results daily to scale successful campaigns and capitalize on learnings
- Perform ongoing research for search marketing insights and trends, landing page opportunities, competitive analysis, audience development and more
- Present weekly updates to performance and initiatives to management and peers
- Perform and support other various paid search responsibilities as needed
- Actively participate with vendor/platform relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years hands on experience in managing paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft, experience with shopping a plus
- Experience managing multi-million dollar paid search campaigns is a plus, preferably in an Omnichannel environment with ROAS-based campaign objectives
- Google Ads & Microsoft Ads certified preferred
- In-depth experience with bidding paid search/shopping platforms (Kenshoo, Marin, Search Ads 360, ChannelAdvisor or similar) is a plus
- Strong understanding of web analytics, ad tracking and A/B testing
- Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar)
- Up to date with both latest industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing
- Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting skills and experience generating reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint experience (pivot tables and v-lookups)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
