Position Summary:
Seeking highly motivated, results-oriented Associate Site Operations Manager, to join our Rental division focused on the rental brand sites: Men’s Wearhouse (https://tuxedo.menswearhouse.com/), Jos A. Bank (https://tuxedo.josbank.com/) and Moore’s Clothing (https://tuxedo.mooresclothing.com/). You will work with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of all site related projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background on project management in cross-functional team environments and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. The individual should possess an attention to detail, and the dedication to see projects through from start to finish with a high level of organization and sense of accountability.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage the execution from start-to-finish for site update related projects and tasks for all rental sites by collaborating with immediate team as well as multiple cross-functional teams
•    Handle all site asset production needs from start-to-finish by working with the product team, front-end & back-end engineering, brand, creative, store operations, and legal teams
•    Create site update project docs necessary to align with cross-functional teams, such as walkthrough docs and site asset production docs
•    Responsible for creating site projects and issues in ticket tracking system, and monitoring and resolving them during the project active period to ensure successful releases
•    Manage all site merchandising updates from beginning to end by collaborating with merchandising team, photo studio, asset management and back-end engineering teams
•    Perform and complete UAT and site audits of all new enhancements and updates to ensure accuracy of site content and functionalities, including merchandising, product information, and promotions 
•    Performs other duties as needed/assigned
 

Requirements:
•    3+ years of site operations experience in eCommerce in the apparel industry preferred
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience 
•    Strong project management skills with proven track record of managing multiple initiatives concurrently, delivering high quality work under tight timelines
•    Track record of owning and driving end-to-end projects and tasks
•    Strong communication skills with ability to interact and align with multiple and all levels of cross-functional teams
•    Experience in writing business and functional requirements 
•    Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
•    Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment and react quickly under pressure
•    Ability to turn ambiguity into meaningful and actionable next steps
