•Ability to supervise multiple Facility Coordinators.
•Strong background in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
•Be able to handle stressful situations.
•Be able to problem solve.
•Conflict resolution
•Communicate effectively.
•Leadership ability.
•Team and people building skills.
•Must be able to type 35 words per minute.
•Possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication and people skills.
•Must possess and exhibit an impeccable work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
•Be able to manage work and meet deadlines on special projects.
•Ability to maintain a sustained position for prolonged periods of time and operate computer and telephone equipment.
•Quick learner with the ability to multi task.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands:
