About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning from concept through to launch and integration
- Manage Product Roadmap, Priorities, Resource Forecasting and Product Release schedule by coordinating with all stakeholders
- Determine customer and roadmap impacts of critical feature issues and prioritize those fixes appropriately
- Keep up to date on the latest developments, industry trends, and best practices for digital marketing, analytics, and Marketing technology tools. Make appropriate product recommendations.
- Provide updates on the Technology roadmap to different teams including the Executives.
- Coordinate with Analytical team, IT and Business teams to establish Multi touch Attribution.
- Work closely with leadership team to understand and define product capabilities and be able to clearly articulate them to all levels of the organization
- Partner with marketing business partners to understand business needs and translate those needs into use cases and requirements
- Initiate and manage idea generation, gap identification, financial attractiveness, feature prioritization, and feature definition for products
- Adapt customer specific requests to meet the larger community model needs
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of related experience
- Candidate must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Marketing Technologies
- Must have experience with different Marketing channels such as email, SMS/MMS, TV, Digital, Display, SEM, PLA, Affiliates etc.
- Must have experience with a CDP product
- Experience with LiveRamp or other data connectivity platforms
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other Google marketing tools
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Experience with Product Management for Responsive Web based products/applications a plus.
- Previous experience with Agile development methodology
- Experience with Project Management Software
- Strong communication and presentation skills are needed with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (Marketing, Stores, Customer Services) as well as translate customer and market data into technical requirements documents
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to deliver results
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a hybrid office location near [city] Corporate Office, a remote office location or [City} Corporate office
