Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field 
•Mobile Iron or other MDM knowledge, preferred.
•Three years’ experience in a desktop service role, supporting Windows and MAC OS required.
•MCP or equivalent knowledge of the MS Win7 and Win10 OS, required.
•MCP or equivalent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), required.
•Working knowledge of Chrome Device and Chrome OS
•Working knowledge of Active Directory administration and policy management.
•Understand computer imaging concepts (i.e. Ghost, RIS, PE) and have 1+ years of experience with at least one of these disciplines.
•Strong customer service skills and adapt to servicing a varied customer base.
•Strong drive and work ethic to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.
•Ability to understand global concepts or to see the “bigger picture” and recommend solutions accordingly.
•Understanding of VPN processes is required.
•Able to communicate effectively (written and oral) with team members and management.
•Ability to work with minimum supervision or independently.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands 
•Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
•Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
•Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
•Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
•Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company’s Fremont, CA corporate office  #TBindeed  #LI-AS1
