Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:
• Proven ability to take complex business analyses and projects from concept to completion and make the results accessible and relevant to business users at all levels. Often requires interaction with multiple departments and senior leadership.
6+ years’ experience in an analytics role or equivalent; management experience preferred
• B.S. in economics, applied math, statistics or other quantitative field; M.S. or MBA preferred
• Deep knowledge of statistics, testing methodologies and procedures
• Results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude; highly collaborative, interpersonal and has solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
• A strong voice for data integrity and reporting quality utilizing best practices and industry standards
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company’s Fremont, California corporate office with flexibility based on project needs
• Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount frequently to move objects. #TBindeed #LI-AS1
