Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Library Science or Media Production

• Strong knowledge of database builds and custom-built DAM systems

• Hands-on technical experience with asset library systems, content management systems (CMSs), or other large searchable databases used in the creation of commercial web pages, media, or research

• Linux/Unix Shell Scripting & RHEL Experience is preferred

• Familiar with photography and video production workflows

• LTO Tape Storage Management Experience - Archival Tape Efforts

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products

• Strong knowledge of Mac OS Administration

• Experience with Capture One Pro

• Experience with Adobe AEM Product Family preferred

• Live Chat support experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to think outside the box and troubleshoot system and workflow issues

• Technical intuition of software and hardware system solutions

• Organized and ability to Multi-Task

• Forward Thinking 

• Attention to Detail

• Demonstrated success working with digital assets

• Able to apply sound judgment while working independently within tight timelines in a production environment

• Live Chat Support Experience

• Fanatical about creating order from disorder

• Technical knowledge in these areas:

  • DAM Rights-Management Solutions: 
    • XINET administration
    • Adobe Scene7 and Adobe AEM Administration
  • Production Database Builds:
    • FileMakerPro [Heavily] Customized Deployments
  • Administration of Systems Support (with a layman user base)

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company’s Fremont, California corporate office with flexibility based on project needs

• Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount frequently to move objects. #TBindeed    #LI-AS1
