Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze & understand expected po volume for the week/month
  • Daily communication with vendors to ensure PO’s released based on expected dates
  • Coordinate with various members of Supply Chain and/or outside organizations to expedite hot/urgent orders
  • Coordinate with departments across supply chain to ensure success of content deliveries
  • Maintain PO status database to ensure all recorded elements are up-to-date
  • Communicate PO delays with buyers & update internal systems accordingly
  • Maintain status changes & update master logs
  • Provide weekly PO status reports for assigned PO’s to supply chain teams
  • Maintain vendor scorecard & communicate vendor on-time ship performance
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining files & internal databases

Other duties & reporting as assigned by Manager

 

Data Analyst Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, communication or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint…)
  • Experience in Supply Chain Fulfillment, Retail Distribution Mgmt., Logistics, Transportation and/or Supply Chain Center of Excellence a plus
  • High-level written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities with deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Self-starter with drive and initiative to make a positive impact
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands:

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
  • Able to lift and move up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week
