Director, Visual Merchandising

Proven Skills, Abilities and Experience Qualifications:

• 12 years experience or equivalent of demonstrated success in managing visual merchandising strategies and teams.
• Bachelor of Science or Fine Arts Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong organizational, leadership skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think strategically to develop plans to execute initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to identify potential opportunities to drive the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, and solutions orientated.
• Skilled at prioritizing, while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences.
• Knowledge of design software: Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD is plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Location and Additional Criteria:

• Based in Fremont, California.
• Hybrid working model up to 3-days a week in the Fremont Home Office.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• National travel required across North America.
• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
